These are the Last Days: Is the Church Battle Ready?

What is the answer to poverty in the UK, given that the majority of the poor are single parent families?.   It is sad that in the Catholic Church there are those, priests and laity, who cannot make the connection, who talk about Jesus and his message of love, yet have reduced his teachings to mere opinion on the matters of sex and morality.   They turn their backs on the concept of chastity and the indissolubility of Christians Marriage.   They even ignore the need to overcome original sin by the effect of self control and the gifts of grace.   They tell our young that 'they are born with these temptations so do not worry about them'.   They young of course know false teaching, and turn away from them, and never hear the true teachings of the Church, many into  a life of sin and often misery.

Yet still fans teachers justify their stance.   "We are more loving, we are more understanding, we are not rigid"   At first glance, as the Church condemns adultery in all its forms, heterosexual, homosexual, and lesbian, someone not acquainted with Christ, might agree.    There would have been many who were present when he condemned divorce and added that it was only allowed by Moses 'because of the hardness of their hearts', they would definitely been set against ever listening to him again.   He obviously  had no pity nor understanding.   Yet Jesus knowing human weakness had no other choice but to say it as it was, knowing and understanding the Truths God had sent him to preach was vital for the salvation of mankind.   The Church today faces the same dilemma as Jesus did.    It must preach the truth whether welcome or unwelcome.   But on the matter of love it also must follow Jesus.   "Go and sin no more, Jesus said to Mary Magdalen.  He did not say "OK, just carry on living your life as you do, I understand"   No Christ loved her and every one who follows Him must also love the sinner.   We are called to condemn the sin but not the sinner, but claiming to love someone because you approve of his or her sin is hypocrisy.

In all the ramblings of Marxism you  never hear the word Love.   For Love is a not a value they approve of.    You are a unit of production working for the good of the State and any activity is to be seen as serving the state.    The Family with its out of date morality is evil not good.   People are to be used and be used.    Little wonder the only chance of the survival of civilisation is found in the teachings of Jesus Christ.    Any system where children are seen to be the property of the State is against our Christian Faith, and we must fight against the setting up of such a state.    We can only do this by following Jesus and his teachings.   The Catholic Church must be battle ready by protecting the family.    A Diocese, a Pastoral Area, must look at its resources and educate adults and children on the plan that God has for the world.   We were invited by Jesus to see God as a Father.   The Early Church invited us to see Mary as our Mother, we are part of a Divine Family, and we must structure our own families on the model that God has given to us.    The is so much to do for the enemy is at the gate.   Pray, pray  pray.
