Do Pro-LIfers really agree with Trump on Abortion

I have been really surprised to read on some "Catholic" blogs that it would be wrong not to punish women who had an abortion.   Yes they put forward the logicality that the killing of a baby is murder and so the killer should face justice.    I am afraid however they show a marked ignorance of the circumstances of the mother that brings her to an abortion clinic.

There are circumstances that can lead to a young girl to seek an abortion.   The first circumstance is her background.  The breakdown of marriage and the breakdown of love between a husband and wife can destroy the feeling of love and security in a child.   Many will grow up hungering for love and affection and on reaching puberty and beyond they often mistake the act of sex with a boy as being loved and are often  who is called 'easy game' to a boy.    They are disappointed and another boy takes his place.  They do not find love but end up pregnant.    So the first question we have to ask is about a society where so many young people are hurt and ignored.    When the girl turns pregnant she has nobody to turn to and if someone comes along to suggest there is no problem just have an abortion she sees it as a solution after all if it was wrong it would not be allowed.   So this girl in these circumstances should we prosecute or punish her?    And yes, after the event there will be in many cases a feeling of guilt and she is taught that it is just the aftermath do not worry.   The girl can at this point decide never to have another abortion or she can ease her guilt by seeing abortion as a way of contraception and harden her heart to the child within her.    But note where it starts.  It is society that needs punishment and it is the Catholic Church who must speak up for the children they have abandoned.   We have learned recently how in an hospital doctors work for 70 hours or more how much more pleasant it is to earn more by having a five day week with regular nine to five hours just killing babies.   There are the real criminals.
