CONFESSION OF A RIGHT WING RACIST

Like most people I was horrified by the sight of a child dead on the beach.    Like most people I would gladly open up my home to many of the refugees.  Like most people I deplore the war in Syria and the savagery of ISIS.   However I go further and ask questions which the BBC and the Left do not want asked.   Certainly Germany was very generous in its willingness to accept refugees.  But we heard nothing from France or other European countries, they were deaf to Chancellor Merkel.   In Britain of course David Cameron became a figure of hate because of his refusal to get involved in the European crisis.    Instead he sought the poorer immigrants who are suffering in camps bordering Syria and do not have the money to pay for passage over the Mediterranean.    Was this wrong?   Certainly the left would have you believe this to be the case even though the European migrants are paying their way to Germany.  But why did the President of Hungary say he did not want Moslems.   Was he just being racist as we are led to believe.   No, it is not so long ago that Hungary was under the Ottoman Empire and its leaders were taken to Istanbul and humiliated.  The Hungarian people suffered greatly so there is no desire among the people of Hungary to accept Moslems.    France has its own problems with Moslem Ghettoes and the there is no lack of hatred between Moslems and others in Switzerland where there are many forbidden areas for others to walk in and there are even schools the many do not attend.   We had a problem like this in Tower Hamlets in London which was denied for many years.     I have African friends, I have Irish friends, I have Polish friends, I have friends from the Caribbean and the America continent.  What I do not have are Moslem friends and I have no friends who have Moslem friends.   Multiculturalism only works of there is integration but when Ghettoes are set up the troubles start.  Muslims set up Ghettos around their mosques because they hold that the land is holy.   This is understandable from a religious point of view but not to the exclusion of those of other faiths.     So with Moslem refugees let us not just sit back and call everyone who is not quite happy with the situation right wing racists.

The other thing about the child on the beach is that other children of his own age are dying every day in Syria and the countries around as a result of ISIS.    The whole crisis need not have happened if when the Assad regime came under attack we had had good leadership in the West.    Obama and his side kick Kerry did not seem to worry about the suffering of the people, there were probably hundreds of three year olds lying dead, but no they and sadly Cameron did not like President Assad, so they huffed and puffed and behaved totally irresponsibly.   Now I am not saying Assad was a saint but when has the Western world only fought with saints.   They were certainly very accommodating to Russia in the Second World War.    It was not the regime they had to defend but the people.

This morning on Sky News a breath of fresh air hit the airwaves.   His name was Chris Parry and he made all these points but went further.    He asked about the United Nations Security Council.   What?  The United Nations Security Council does anyone remember them?    It was for conflicts like the Syrian one that it was formed.   There was a problem though and that was that there are five member states who all have to agree for intervention.  Russia or China never agreed with the West so in recent years it has been idle.    We have now a threatened  intervention on behalf of Assad by Russia this time against ISIS,   China supports Iran who support Assad, so there is a good chance that the Council could approve and 'boots on the ground' could happen.   First response is not good "It will only make matters worse" cries the West.   Well nobody could make a worse job that Obama, Kerry, and Cameron.   Chris Parry seems to be a naval commander and not a politician so perhaps he speaks for us ordinary people.   I am certainly on his side.   But then no doubt after writing this I am probably even more a Right Wing Racist.
